Steel Balls Our standard steel balls are precision manufactured for such applications as ball bearings, ball screws, ball guides, linear slides, drawer slides,  bicycle parts, and industrial wheels, etc. Our steel balls are most suitable for automatic mass assembling due to out standing consistency. We have a  capacity of 200 tons of balls per month.

ABMA grades

The American Bearing Manufacturers Association ABMA 10 standard is commonly used by American ball and ball bearing manufacturers. We normally make our balls to the standard. We also make balls to ISO 3290 standard if it is preferred.

We are capable of producing grade 5 to grade 1000 quality. ABMA 10 - 2001.

Hardness

We normally case harden our carbon steel balls to Rockwell 60. While chrome alloy steel balls are through hardened to Rockwell 63. Stainless steel balls 300 series are normally unhardened. Only the types AISI 420 and 440C are hardened to Rockwell 50~60 minimum.

¡@

All hardness is measured on the ball surface. The tolerance of hardness difference in each unit container is normally +/- 3 degrees.
